Skin flushing segmentation

Skin flushing segmentation is an image processing task to identify skin flushing area. It is useful in screening mental disorders using Niacin flushing effect. The purpose of this project is to motivate better algorithm development and collaboration in this task.

The original pictures of Niacin flushing were collected by Wang et al. For computer oriented segmentation, we (i.e., FWI) cut out the area of interest manually and created ground truth (i.e., segmentation) with human eyes.
