Who provide what and why

Who are we

This project is provided to the public by the following teams.

What are provided

We provide a skin Niacin flushing dataset consisting of pictures including 4 groups of HC (Health Control), DP (Depression), BP (Bipolar disorder), and SZ (Schizophrenia). All the data were originally part of a larger, closed dataset of Wang et al. See Dataset page for detail.

We are also developing algorithms for the segmentation of this dataset. While we cannot provide the source files due to IP issues, the results are shown in the benchmark page.

Why we provide

We provide the dataset to motivate better algorithm/implementation and collaboration for Niacin flushing based screening of mental disorders. If you are interested in this project, you are welcome to contact us. If you have a publication that used this dataset, please cite the following papers.
